Sarah is based in Adelaide and has the great fortune of being mum to two lively boys and partner to Dave.
​Sarah is a Uniting Church minister, family therapist, reiki master and Goulding Sleep Talk™ consultant who is also a long term student of Nonviolent Communication. Her professional life for the past 20 years has been centred around children, youth and families as well as social justice and non-violence.
After having her own children, Sarah became increasingly passionate about Gentle Parenting and came across  Goulding SleepTalk ™ for Children. After having great success with SleepTalk ™ with her own child, Sarah trained under Joane Goulding and was awarded accreditation in Goulding Sleep Talk™ . Sarah now works with families in supporting their "spirited children" and "spirited living".
In more recent years, her passion has been engaging in Nonviolent Communication training for the past six years and has completed the Embodying NVC Consciousness training in Byron Bay and the worldwide  Parent Peer Leadership program for NVC training for those working with parents. She is on the path to international certification. She is also a certified Reiki master.
Currently, Sarah works half-time as minister of Belair Uniting Church as well as with the Effective Living Centre and Christ Church, Wayville. Keep an eye out for future training opportunities.
