<--- I came across this meme recently from Positive Outlooks. I love this - to simply reflect on the beauty in having the presence to stay silent (not an angry silent) and at peace when someone expects you to be angry.
I notice it also brings up some guilt for the times when I really AM angry, and I tell myself I 'should' be more peaceful. To be human is complex of course and learning the way of peace and nonviolence is a life-long journey, not an overnight one. So, in kindness and with much empathy for ourselves and the reality of our human conditioning, let's leave that to the side and appreciate the precious notion of meeting someone with peace when they expect anger. Love and light to you all x
